Photos by K.M. Pyle and Mike Potts

Instructor:  David Lebo, M.S.
Dates: Friday-Sunday, November 9-11, 2018 TBD
Location: Meet at SFI for Friday course intro and offsite carpooling
Tuition: $165 (Saturday night lodging in Brookings not included)

This course focuses on all mushrooms – edible, poisonous, mycorrhizal, saprobic/saprotrophic and parasitic/pathogenic. We’ll spend Friday afternoon in the classroom learning about fungi and examine specimens found on SFI land or close by. Saturday, we’ll foray in the Illinois Valley and into northern California along the Smith River before heading out to the southern Oregon coast. After overnighting in the Brookings area, we’ll continue forays on the coast.

Register for this course.
