Learn all about spring-fruiting fungi, including morels and more. Class emphasis will be identifying edible mushrooms as well as inedible and toxic species. We’ll start with a brief spring mushroom overview at the Ashland Food Co-Op Community Classroom, then drive up Highway 66 to foray near Howard Prairie Lake.
